Luis E. Forero

Agronomist with over 20 years of experience in agricultural trade, regulation, and SPS issues. He served for nearly 12 years as the Agricultural and SPS Representative for Procolombia in the U.S., where he was instrumental in advancing numerous Colombian products into the U.S. market. His extensive experience includes working with PROCOLOMBIA, USDA APHIS, and ICA, achieving significant milestones in market access.
